The location was great and the room was well appointed. Breakfast was nice- breads, eggs, fruit, juices, custom coffee.

Check-in instructions were emailed late, in my opinion, which resulted in missing the entry codes and the offer of a ride from the airport. The lack of help with suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was a...

What guests loved:
Loved the location and the staff. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Clean too which is very important. Oh and breakfast was lovely!
Areas for improvement:
Parking was hard but the staff was so sweet to help us foreigners figure things out!! Even offering to do our pass for us. No lift so be in good shape. That was tough with many luggage.
